This
activity has been planned and implemented in accordance with the Essential
Areas and policies of the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical
Education through the joint sponsorship of National Institutes of
Health/Foundation for Advanced Education (NIH/FAES) and CenterNet.
The
NIH/FAES is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical
Education to sponsor continuing medical education for physicians.
The
National Institutes of Health/Foundation for Advanced Education in Sciences
designates
each video event for 1.5 hours up to a total of 15 hours for the entire Bench
to Bedside series in category 1 credit toward the AMA Physician's Recognition
Award.
Each physician should claim only those hours of credit actually spent in the educational activity.
